Simply schedule a pickup, place your laundry in a standard bag, and we'll handle the rest. For recurring customers, we provide reusable Adorned Laundry bags to make ongoing service even more convenient and consistent. Your items are professionally washed, dried, and folded, and then returned to your doorstep within the selected turnaround time.

For added convenience, weekly recurring clients can secure set pickup and delivery days and time windows and free delivery with a weekly recurring service.  One time or on-demand services are also available, with delivery and same-day turnaround options priced separately depending on location, timing, and service needs.

We are happy to pick up and drop off orders to a designated external location at your home if you are not there.  

Our partnership with Cents, laundry business manager, allows us to send you notifications when we are on our way to pickup/return your order.  As an added convenience, we can provide images to confirm your items have been picked up and when they have been dropped back off. 

Please keep in mind, Adorned Laundry is not responsible or liable for loss or damages to any items that are not in our physical possession.  Please use your own discretion about when and where your personal belongings will be left unattended.

At this time, we cannot accept drop off orders.   We are working diligently to secure a location to provide drop off/pick up and self-service options.   

Our pricing is built around a flat-rate bag system for your everyday clothing designed for simplicity, transparency, and consistency.  Instead of charging by the pound—where costs can fluctuate with heavier items like towels, denim, or seasonal clothing—each bag is priced at a set rate within a typical weight range. This allows you to fill your bag with confidence, without worrying about unexpected charges.  

We offer both 15-gallon and 30-gallon bag options to fit different household and business needs, with discounted pricing available for additional bags in the same order. This structure works especially well for families, bulk laundry, and small businesses with recurring volume.

Unlike many competitors, we don't nickel-and-dime with add-ons. Services like sorting, standard detergents, fabric softener, dryer sheets, or wool dryer balls are included—so you're not paying extra for the basics. 

Machine washable bedding, pillows, and rug cleaning are charged per item, unless noted.

Yes. Every order is treated with a tailored approach, allowing you to select from premium options such as hypoallergenic detergents and fabric softeners, odor treatment, and multiple folding choices, to match your exact preferences. We focus on delivering a consistent, elevated finish—so your laundry not only comes back clean, but thoughtfully cared for, with attention to the details that make it feel set apart.

Because laundry varies by fabric type, season, and moisture (for example, heavier winter items vs. lighter summer clothing), bag weights can fluctuate. 

Our 15-gallon bag typically holds about 13–18 lbs, which is roughly 1–2 standard home washer loads. 

Our 30-gallon bag generally holds about 25–35 lbs, or approximately 2–4 home loads, depending on the mix of items.

For most households, one to two bags per week is common, while larger families or bulkier items (like bedding and towels) may require more. Small business needs also vary, but often use multiple bags depending on volume and turnover.
